Rifle Bay to 600 yards

Our rifle range has target stands at 25, 50 and 100 yards. Paper targets can also be placed on plywood at 200, 300 and 400 yards. Metal gongs are placed at 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600 yards.
Portable target stands are also available to place paper targets anywhere up to 100yards.
We have 12 shooting benches. Sand bags, and rubber mats are provided.

Pistol Bay with re-active steel targets

Our pistol bay includes popper targets, dueling trees, and 2 plate racks with 6 plates on each. One rack is placed at 15 yards and the other at 25 yards. Both racks have ropes to reset plates without having to go downrange.

Do NOT shoot .223 or other high velocity bullets, Pistol Caliber Only!!!!

Shotgun bay automated clay throwers

Our shotgun bay boast a 5-Stand bay and a Trap bay. Members may reserve either of the bays, and the other will always be available for drop-ins. Check our calendar before making the drive!

To use the shotgun bay, please contact Rangemaster Jim Anderson to purchase a card and to get instructions on use.

Archery Bay

Our archery bay has targets in place and ready for you! Weather you are a recreational archer, are taking a lesson or preparing for your hunt, we welcome you to enjoy our archery bay!

Jackson Hole Shooting Range Services. The Jackson Hole Gun Club does not rent or supply firearms. We do not sell or supply any ammunition. Persons using the range facilities must supply their own firearms and ammunition.

If you do not have guns or ammo and still want to shoot for skill development or just for fun, our contracted provider of those services is the Jackson Hole Shooting Experience, and they work on reservations. Be Aware

Many different animals spend time at the Range. We have regular deer and elk herds, have seen moose, bear, fox, ermine, hawks, eagles, antelope, badger, and lots of chipmunks. When coming to enjoy our Jackson Hole Shooting Range services please do not interfere with or injure the wildlife. There is no hunting allowed at the Range.

Services

Targets available
A variety of paper targets are available at the range for purchase or the shooter may bring their own paper targets. Upon entering the range the first paper target is free. Targets after the first can be purchased for 25 cents to 2 dollars depending on target type.
Props available
Benches, targets, sandbags, stands available for free. Ear plugs and hats available for small fee.

The Jackson Hole Shooting Sports Foundation has donated hearing protection muffs and the Jackson Hole Shooting Experience has donated eye protection. Enjoy their use for free, just borrow them from the warming room and return them when done.

The Jackson Hole Shooting Experience has also donated a number of spotting scopes on tripods, help yourself and please return them to the warming room in better condition than you found them.

The Jackson Hole Shooting Sports Foundation has donated paper targets, if you see their logo and name on the targets, help yourself and please consider making a donation to them!
Instruction
We are fortunate to be able to offer individual and group instruction in shooting sports. Our commercial member is the Jackson Hole Shooting Experience, and their website is http://shootinjh.com. They provide instruction for advanced shooters and a fun introductory 3-hour experience as well.
